Application:

Step 1: Preparation

• Before starting, make sure to stir the product thoroughly.
• Check the colour to ensure it's as expected before use.

Please Note: Do not apply the product at temperatures below 8 degrees Celsius. We

Step 2: Surface Preparation

• Ensure that all surfaces are clean and free from oil, grease, dirt, dust, and loose particles.
• If you're applying the product on existing painted surfaces, remove any loose or flaking paint and smooth the surface with an abrasive if necessary.
• For areas affected by mould, treat them with a suitable fungicidal wash.

Step 3: Priming (For Plasterboard or Porous Substrate)

• If you're working on plasterboard or any porous substrate, prime the surface by applying a first coat thinned with approximately 30% clean water.

Step 4: Application

• After proper preparation, apply at least one full coat of the product.
• Allow it to dry completely before proceeding further.
• If necessary, apply an additional coat to ensure even coverage.

Step 5: Airless Spray Application (Optional)

• If you're using an airless spray, use a spray tip with a size of 15 to 17 thousandths of an inch.
• Maintain a pressure of 2500 to 3000 psi.
• Achieve a fan width of 12 inches with a 50-degree angle.

Step 6: Tinting (Optional)

• If you want to change the colour, use compatible acrylic or universal colorants.
• You can add colorants up to a maximum of 6% by volume.

Step 7: Coverage

• One 5-liter container of the product will cover approximately 50 square meters per coat.
• The actual coverage may vary depending on the texture, porosity of the substrate, and the application method.

Step 8: Drying

• The product will be touch dry in 2 hours.
• You can recoat after 4 hours at a temperature of 18 degrees Celsius and at a relative humidity level suitable for your environment.

Step 9: Cleaning

• Since this product is water-based, clean your tools and equipment with water immediately after use.
