Our Delivery Process

We take pride in our outstanding courier services and are able to achieve an easy and efficient delivery service all across Mainland UK. All orders over £60 will qualify for free economy delivery.

Next Day Delivery

Please note, next day delivery is an estimate. Whilst it is achievable 99% of the time, there are occasionally circumstances that may lead to delays which are outside of our control.

If you have experienced a delay, please use the tracking information sent to the email address you used during checkout.

If you would like next-day delivery, please place your order before 2pm as this is our courier cut-off point. For products that are tinted in-house, such as Renner, eicó and Sikkens, orders must be placed before 10:30am. All paid pre-12 delivery services for in-house tints, such as Renner, Eico, Origins and Sikkens must be made before 10.30am.

Please Note: Where items do not pass our quality check during packing, and no further stock is available, please expect a potential delay in receiving your order.

Items that are not in stock will take 3-5 days for delivery.

Click and Collect

Our Colchester depot is available for 'Click and Collect'. Simply place your order online and select 'Collection Only' at the checkout. We will then contact you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please contact us beforehand if you would like to click and collect a Renner order as bespoke colours are produced at our Thetford depot.

AllFinishes Delivery Policy

Whilst you may request to leave your delivery in a safe place, please note this is at your own risk and AllFinishes are not liable for any losses occurred as this is out of our control.

Goods to residential addresses delivered by courier will usually arrive between 8am and 7pm. Goods being shipped to a business address will always be aimed to be delivered before 5pm.

Please do not arrange any labour to apply the products until you have physically received your whole order from us, and please ensure you open your package as soon as you receive it to check for any packing errors or discrepancies. If you find a product is damaged or has been sent out incorrectly, we will require the product returned to us first before we can send out any replacements (unless in the rare case the product has leaked and it isn't possible to return it, in this case photo evidence will be required before we ship out replacements).

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can unexpectedly delay your order, but if this is the case we will always let you know and keep you fully updated.

Where is my delivery?

Our warehouse is open Mondays-Fridays for despatching orders, if you have placed an order on Saturday or Sunday it will be despatched Monday via your chosen method of delivery.

Orders placed on Friday before the cut off time may be delivered Saturday for qualifying shipping methods, any that do not will be delivered on Monday or the next working day.

Please take into account that the warehouse is not open during bank holidays. Any orders placed after the cut off time will be despatched the next working day.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to addresses anywhere in the UK.

Which couriers do you use?

We use DPD for deliveries across the UK. Royal Mail will also be used for smaller packages.

Which days do you deliver?

We will deliver Monday-Saturday. Please note that Saturday delivery will incur a higher fee

What is considered a 'working day?'

Working days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Can I change my order?

Please contact us before 2pm if you need to make a change to your order.
