Preparation
Ensure the surfaces you are going to paint, are clean, dry and free from any dirt, dust and any other potential contaminates which may alter the final outcome.
Remove all signs of previous paints, thoroughly rub down with abrasive paper.
Avoid inhaling any dust particles, to help protect you, check out our Moldex range for high quality mask respirators.
Extra precautions must be taken place during surface preparation. Any paint on the surface which may have been applied before the 1960’s may contain harmful lead. We recommend using the Rodo Long Handle Wall Scraper.
Any bare non-ferrous wood surfaces should be primed before applying your Aqua-Advanced. We can recommend using Aqua Advanced Primer Undercoat for the highest quality outcome by using the two Bedec products together.
Any metal surfaces you want to apply your application on is advised to use Bedec All Metals Primer.
