Osmo Interior Wood Filler was designed be used for a wide range of repair and renovation projects. Unlike other wood fillers, Osmo filler can be easily sanded at any time after drying - usually within 30 minutes. (The Natural / Clear variation of this product is not a clear translucent filler, but more of a neutral (cream-like) colour that can be stained if required.)

Preparation
Ensure that surfaces to be filled with Osmo Interior Wood Filler are clean, dry and free from dust, dirt or any other surface contaminants.
Application
Always do a test area before starting any project to assess product suitability and final finish. Somewhere discreet is best. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on the container at all times.
- Apply Osmo Wood Filler with a wood filler knife or other tool to form a smooth finish over the damaged area
- When the filler is dry, sand the filled area and the surrounding wood
- It's important to ensure that all traces of filler are sanded from the area immediately surrounding the repair area as this may affect the final finish
- For large, deep holes, it may be necessary to fill the hole in stages by layering the wood filler and allowing it to dry before applying the next layer
- Follow this process 2 or 3 times depending on the size of the hole until the filler is level with the surrounding wood
Finishing
Once dry, Osmo Interior Wood Filler can be overcoated with a suitable wood oil, wax or stain.

Top Tips
- Use 73001 Natural Clear followed by a colour of your choice. Ideally from Osmo's Wood Wax Finish range to ensure the colour matches wood. Otherwise, choose a woodfiller colour to match the colour of the existing wood. The wood filler will dry much lighter in colour and it must be protected by a finish. Applying an Osmo Oil finish will intensify or ‘wet’ the filler colour once more.
