Application

The MS Advance Sausage, a cross-linking MS polymer-based adhesive, is suitable for interior wood block parquet, engineered wood plank, acrylic impregnated plank, bamboo, and pre-finished or unfinished solid wood flooring.

Preparation

Ensure a sound, smooth, level, clean, and dry substrate. Address irregularities to prevent telegraphing and follow guidelines for acclimation. Control temperature (15°C to 30°C) and humidity (30% to 65%) during installation.

Application Steps

1. Use the Osmo MS Applicator Gun for precise application.
2. Spread the adhesive with a suitable trowel.
3. Working time is approximately 30 min at 23°C, 50% R.H.
4. Use the product promptly after opening.
5. Clean wet adhesive with a lint-free cloth; mechanically clean when hardened.

Please Note

• Wait 72 hours before sanding unfinished wood flooring.
• Turn off radiant heat 24 hours before, during, and after installation.
• Floor temperature must not exceed 85°C.
• Protect from freezing; freeze-thaw stable.
• Walk on parquet after 24 hours, ensuring proper contact with at least 80% of the adhesive.
