% of use of AY M453 depends on the level of thixotropy needed. Thixotropy of the coating will be incremented by using this additive. For this reason, keep under control the atomization of the product, by monitoring the pressure of product, air of atomization, nozzle diameter


General Overview

  • Mix very well before use.
  • Keep at temperature between 5 and 35°C.
  • On application the temperature of the product, the substrate, the coating and the working environment should never fall below 15°C.
  • Coating leftovers (washing waters, waters from spray booths, used coatings) must be disposed of according to local regulations. Never dispose residues directly into drains
