Concentrated detergent for occasional cleaning of wooden sports floors.
Bona Sportive Cleaner Plus is a concentrated alkaline detergent specifically designed for occasional cleaning of wooden sports floors to remove the build-up of body fats and other contaminants. It may also be used to spot clean black heel marks and remove scuff marks. For the final top coat please see Bona Sportive Finish, available in both matt and gloss.

Preparations
Ensure floor is in sound condition and that the floor seal is complete. It is important that the Bona Sportive Cleaner Plus is not allowed to seep into open gaps and damages as this potentially may stain the wood. Remove loose dirt and grit from the floor.
Cleaning
Apply the diluted product (1 litre / 5 litres of water) evenly across the floor using a mop or similar applicator. Wait for approximately 5 minutes to allow the solution to work. Clean the floor using a suitable cleaning machine with a red pad or equivalent. Remove any surface contamination with a scrubber/drier, mop or similar. Finally, clean the surface thoroughly using water.
The amount of water applied to the floor must be kept to a minimum. It is important that all residues are removed from the surface of the floor.
Scuff-mark removal
Apply the diluted product (1 cap / 100 ml of water) to the affected area. After a few minutes wipe the surface using a clean cloth.
