Bedec Extra Flex Masonry Paint is a high-performance flexible masonry paint that is perfect for the protection of exterior masonry surfaces. It provides outstanding flexibility and weather-resistance to the surface. It will flex with the substrate which resists cracking and flaking, unlike conventional oil-based masonry paints. It has the ability to stretch up to 400% of its original dry state. The elastic properties ensure a super smooth finish to your exterior surfaces.
Best applied using a Wooster Masonary Roller, frame and handle for greater ease.
AREAS OF USE
Substrate Suitability: Masonry, Roughcast, Pebbledash, Brickwork, Cladding, Cement, Bricks and Mortar, Concrete Rendered Surfaces
Bedec Extra Flex Masonry Paint can be applied to previously painted surfaces after suitable preparation.

PREPARATION
Treat mould and mildew with fungicidal wash. Remove all loose, flaky or powdery residues. Porous surfaces should be treated with stabilising solution, allowing at least 12 hours drying before coating. Common Fletton Bricks must be dry, and should be treated as porous.
Stir thoroughly and check colour before use.
APPLICATION
Apply by brush, roller or spray (use HVLP or Airless spray for best results). We recommend using the Rodo Flat Masonry Brush and Wooster Super-Fab Masonry Roller.
Do not apply at temperatures below 10°C or when foggy or likely to rain before the paint has dried. Two coats are recommended for optimum durability. Ensure adequate ventilation during application and drying.
AFTERCARE
Clean equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water. Remove as much product as possible prior to cleaning.
