eicó paints are manufactured in Iceland and Sweden. The production process is carbon positive, using 100% geothermal or hydropower energy to exacting environmental standards. eicó paints are known for having one of the lowest VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) ratings of any paint sold in the UK with minimal odour. We strongly believe in protecting our customer's health and preserving our environment - all without compromising on quality. All eicó paints offer superb protection for walls, woodwork, metal and any other surfaces you may choose to paint. These finishes are also invariably washable (up to 2,000 times) without detriment to the finish.

Helmatt Emulsion

Helmatt Emulsion is our signature choice of interior Matt emulsion paint, perfect for low-traffic walls and ceilings in bedrooms, dining rooms and living rooms. Being solvent-free and with one of the lowest VOC ratings in the UK, this high-quality paint is also a popular choice for a baby's bedroom. The product contains max. 1g/litre and has minimal odour.
Helmatt will dry to a non-yellowing completely flat finish. The high solids give it incredible filling and hiding power, meaning it is also suitable for use as a base coat. Good resistance against normal household chemicals and the finish is lightly washable.

Alterior Matt is a high-performance classic Matt emulsion that leaves a smooth and washable finish. Ideal for busy homes and high traffic areas, such as corridors, kitchens, bathrooms and playrooms. Specially designed with maximum performance in mind for modern living. The added durability and washability make eicó Alterior Matt an intelligent choice of finish.
Alterior Matt is a premium quality eco-friendly waterborne paint made of 100% pure Acrylics. Dries to a non-yellowing flat finish with low dirt pick-up and good weathering properties, making Alterior suitable for exterior use. Adheres well to aged alkyd paints. The paint is easy to apply, has a high opacity and is completely APEO free with very little odour.

A traditional hardwearing Gloss paint that dries to a beautifully non-yellowing high Sheen finish. Ideal for use in bathrooms, kitchens, on front doors and in the food industry (where strong resistance against humidity is required).
Alterior Gloss is a versatile high quality waterborne eco-friendly paint. Holds excellent colour retention with good weathering properties and washability. Adheres well and is easy to apply. The paint has very little odour, is solvent and APEO-free and has a low VOC rating (max. VOC content is 36g/litre).

A classic hardwearing Satin paint finish for updating your old, tired or bare wooden floors. Also suitable for use on concrete floors. Gives a flawless result and washable finish with strong weathering properties. Flat Eggshell is a superb paint for interior woodwork and metal, drying to a smooth low Eggshell Sheen. Perfect for interior use, but particularly suitable for application to radiators, kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories.
A high-quality waterborne enamel paint suitable for wooden and metal surfaces or interior walls. Gives a non-yellowing finish with added resistance and hardness, features good washability properties. The paint is eco-friendly, solvent-free and has a max. VOC rating of 70g/litre.
