Sia 1948 siaflex discs are perfect for polishing of metal, paint and high gloss lacquer. It has been developed to help workshops achieve speedy removal of common paint defects such as orange peel, dust inclusion and nibs. The reliable, controlled cut results in an overall smoother finish. As an all-round series for wet and dry sanding, 1948 siaflex produces outstanding results, guaranteeing even wear and long life in all available grits and in a variety of applications.
The SIA 1948 siaflex 150mm (15 Hole) Discs are the ideal product for wet and dry polishing. It has optimised wear properties for handheld machine sanding and is designed for wet and dry environments. Due to its latex backing it is perfect for sanding contours and profiles.
The SIA 1948 siaflex 150mm (15 Hole) Discs can used with handheld machine sanders with a 125mm diameter and a multiple hole configuration using the siaflex backing pad.
The SIA 1948 siaflex 150mm (15 Hole) Discs can be used for Keying of solid wood, Intermediate sanding of varnishes on surfaces and curves, Keying of primers, primer fillers and bodyfillers and final sanding as preparation for painting.
