Add a tranquil moment of bliss to your décor with a hint of Vintage Prestige Aniseed.
Apply a complementing Vintage Prestige base colour and finish off your Patina designs with a hint of Aniseed spice. The striking powder-blue finish features tropical teal undertones and sea-swept accents. In the Mediterranean, the seed of the Anise is frequently used for cooking and its medicinal properties. Mix with contrasting colours to transform your home into a magical abode of paradise.

For a two tone effect:
Choose two colours from the colour range. Apply the base colour using a synthetic bristle brush, such as our Prodec Premier Synthetic Paint Brush. For roller application, use a medium pile woven polyester roller, such as our Rodo Tiger Medium Pile Mini Rollers to create texture.
Once the base colour is dry, use a clean Synthetic Bristle Brush to apply the second colour. Avoid painting on too thick. If applied too thick, it will be more difficult to sand back later.
Once dry, add a coat of Rio Verde Clear Decorative Oil to worn wooden surfaces. Remove any excess wax using a lint-free cloth.
Once the oil is dry to touch, but hasn’t hardened, you can start sanding. For manual sanding, use 6120 sia fleece handpads 180 - 320 Grit. Remove the top coat of paint to reveal the colour beneath. Select pad type depending on the furniture and how distressed you want your paint work.
Finally, apply another coat of Rio Verde Clear Decorative Oil. This will seal and protect the paint.
