Osmo Door-Oil is stain-resistant, water-repellent and abrasion-resistant and the results in a surface that is smooth to the touch. Simple application without primer or intermediate sanding saving you time. Very resistant to daily knocks and accidents like coffee, fruit juice etc.
Osmo Door Oil, a unique oil and a combination of wax which is especially designed to apply protection to the interior wood of veneered doors. The oil technology marries with the surface, remaining microporous and create a surface which will not flake away or crack. The wooden surface also comes alive and healthy and elastic, fibres in the wood allow from becoming dry and damaged as time goes on.

|Ingredients||Based on natural plant oils (sunflower oil, soya oil, thistle oil and linseed oil), siccatives (drying agents) and additives, biocidal active ingredient: Propiconazole. Dearomatized white spirit (benzene-free).|
The wood surface you’re about to work on must be clean, dry and moisture free for the best results.
Door-Oil is ready to use once opened. Does not need to be thinned out or tampered with. Shake it well before using. Clean old microporous stains thoroughly.
Old paints and lacquers must be completely removed from the surface before using. We advise you use a dust mask during any sort of sanding, we recommend Moldex FFP1 mask classic for the job.
Fill the small cracks, grooves and larger joints with a wood filler. Recommended to use sanding grits between G120-G150. Before applying the oil to the surface, remove sanding dust with a broom or vacuum cleaner.
Apply thinly along the wood grain with Osmo Natural Bristle Brush or Osmo Microfibre Roller and spread well.
Allow to dry for approx. 12 hours with good ventilation.
Then apply the second coat.
