The dispenser is a complete hygienic source of ear plugs and are sealed for protection against surrounding factory environments. The Moldex Spark Plug Station is disposable and completely recyclable providing a convenient and easy to use service. The Spark Plug Station is mounted on the wall which creates easy access for the user to get their ear plugs.
The Dispenser holds 500 pairs of earplugs; this allows to be the most cost effective solution for working environments for day to day tasks. The earplugs remind hygienic as the dispenser mechanism automatic, saving the user to touch the dispenser with their hands which can lead to the growth of bacteria. The Moldex Spark Plug Station is easy to refill and replace once the wall mount is in place.
The Station eliminates the use individual polybag packaging, which is better for the environment in the long run. The translucent station dispenses extra-soft earplugs which are made from an extra light foam, providing the user with comfort and easy to fit features. Their tapered shape fits nicely in the ear canal and seals perfectly in your ear creating a snug fit without feeling any unnecessary pressure. The ‘Spark Plugs’ offer the user a high NRR 33 which makes them suitable for even the noisiest of workplaces.

Responsible for type examination (Article 10): Spark Plugs, Orange: FIOH (0403) Helsinki (FIN). Pura-Fit36: INSPEC (0194) Manchester (UK). Contours, MelLows: IFA (0121) St. Augustin (DE). According to the German regulation BGR 194, Spark Plugs and Pura-Fit36 fulfil the criteria “hearing of warning signals in general” and “speech comprehensibility”. Furthermore, Pura-Fit36” fulfils the criteria “signal hearing in track-system and road traffic possible”.

Instructions For Fitting
1. Roll the plugs between the finger and thumb to compress them for insertion.
2. Reach above the head and pull the ear gently upwards.
3. Slide the plug into the ear canal and hold in place for 5 seconds to let the plug expand and fill the ear.
