Area of Use
Jotun SteelMaster 60WB is a specially formulated, one compotent waterborne intumescent steel paint designed for use in internal C1 TO C3 environments, that provides up to 90 minutes fire protection of structural steel exposed to cellulosic fire. Can be brushed to 500 microns per coat or spray applied to 1000 microns per coat. Independently approved for fire protection of structural steel, the Jotun SteelMaster 60WB can be used as a mid coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments.
In the event of a fire the intumescent coating expands to insulate the structural steel from the fire.
Suitable on approved primers on carbon steel substrates exposed to a wide range of corrosive enivronments.

The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed. Handle with care.
When storing and transporting, the temperature must be between 5°C and 25°C . Outside of this, it is adviseable to use climatic control. Protect from freezing at all times during storage and transport
