Jotun Steelmaster 600WF is a single-pack waterborne acrylic thin film 90 minute intumescent coating.
Jotun Steelmaster 600WF is specially formulated to give steel constructions passive fire protection (PFP). Protects up to a whole hour on a wide range of I section beams and columns. Provides 90 minutes fire duration as per BS476 part 20-21. Suitable for structural steel exposed to internal environments up to corrosivity category C3 (ISO 12944-2).
Area of Use
Use Jotun Steelmaster 600WF as a mid-coat or finish coat in atmospheric environments. Can be used over approved primers on carbon steel as part of a Jotun system.

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dry and free from any contaminants prior to application of Jotun Steelmaster 600WF. Product should be applied via Airless Spray, although a brush application may be suitable for stripe coatings and small areas so long as care is taken to achieve the correct dry film thickness.
