Jotamastic 80 Aluminium the economical 2K epoxy mastic for repair and maintenance in normal conditions.
Jotun Jotamastic 80 Aluminium Standard is an economical two-pack, high solids, anticorrosive, surface-tolerant, aluminium finish, epoxy mastic coating with abrasion resistance qualities for repair and maintenance. It is ideal for use on steel where blast cleaning may not be possible, surfaces that are still moist and as a solution for less severe environments.
Areas of Use
Jotun Jotamastic 80 Aluminium Standard provides long-lasting protection and can be used alone as primer, mid coat and finish coat, or in conjunction with various Jotun systems.
It's ideal for exterior metal surfaces such as Previously Coated Metal, Carbon Steel, Shop Primed Steel, Aluminium, Galvanised Steel, Outside Hulls, Exterior and Interior Areas of Marine Vessels, Bridges, Refineries, Power Plants, Buildings, Mining Equipment and Other Surfaces. Please note only the Aluminium containing version can be used in immersed environments.
Jotun Jotamastic 80 will dry to a semi-matt finish and can be sprayed using an airless spray system. It is available in five colours and displays excellent colour retention. It is perfect for adhering to existing aged painted surfaces, is easy to use and has a high opacity.
Jotun Jotamastic 80 is perfect for use on a wide range of industrial structures such as containers, bridges, railings and buildings and is especially good in atmospheric and immersed environments and can be applied at sub zero surface temperatures

Storage
The product must be stored in accordance with national regulations. Keep the containers in a dry, cool, well ventilated space and away from sources of heat and ignition. Containers must be kept tightly closed. Handle with care.
Shelf life at 23 °C Conseal Touch-Up 48 month(s). In some markets commercial shelf life can be dictated shorter by local legislation.
