A versatile chalk paint that will leave a beautiful powdery finish on your furniture & walls.
eicó Chalk Matt is an ultra-matt water-based paint intended for interior use. It has good hiding and covering power, is easy to apply, washable and has an extremely mild odour. Produces a powdery look which does not chalk off. Ideal for ceilings, walls, furniture and accessories. This paint is over-coatable with a varnish or wax for a harder and more durable finish.

The surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of contaminants (dust, sand, loose old paint etc.) Ensure you remove all contaminants, powdery areas and irregularities. Repair the surface where necessary.
Carefully remove mould and soap residues using a suitable cleaning agent. Strong absorbent, powdery substrates and repairs must be stabilised using appropriate stabilisers.
Apply with brush, paint roller or airless spray. If necessary, diluate paint with max. 5% fresh water.
Use only where application and drying can proceed above 5°C and relative humidity below 75%.
Depending on the substrate, finish with 1 or 2 coats of Chalk Matt. With furniture we advise finishing with a varnish or wax.

Clean brushes and rollers with warm soapy water.
